Day School Membership
Exclusive Access

Barkmoral Luxury Day School Services are exclusive and available to day school members only. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate one-off day school visits for non-members.
Standing order
Our day school services operate on an exclusive membership basis with standard order payments spread evenly throughout the year (12 payments) removing the stress of having to work out when to pay and book.

Open 48 weeks of the year
The membership will provide day school services 48 weeks of the year to provide your dog with the consistent socialisation and care that they need and deserve all year round at the best value. Closures are notified in advance, reminded by email, and always available to view on the website on the day school closures page.
Fixed Days
To provide consistency we ask that all members continue with their dogs' care being on fixed days. This can be flexible when required.

Absence and free care
To accommodate days that your dog may not be able to come due to human holidays, vet visits, or other reasons to miss out on Barkmoral fun, you will receive four full weeks of your dogs normal daycare provision completely free of charge as standard.
This is already calculated into the direct debit payments to avoid the concern of requesting refunds or having to track every days attendance.
Your dog is more than welcome to still attend for their full 48 weeks of care, but you will only be charged for 44 weeks.

Payment due date
Payments will be collected on the 14th of the month for the following months day school.

Discounts
As a Barkmoral day school member, you will also be entitled to discounts in our store, and chauffeur-serviced clients are able to have their orders dropped off with their doggo after day school.
Membership Types:
Chauffeur Serviced Day School
Our chauffeur serviced day school provides you the flexibility of guaranteed collection and drop-off each day that your dog attends. This allows you to get on with your day, start work, take the kids to school, or just have a lie in.
Collection is between approximately 8:45am and 10:15am
Drop off is between approximately 3:45pm and 5:30pm

Luxury Day School
Our standard day school provision is also available to those who choose their own transport or live outwith our chauffeuring route.
Due to staff performing chauffeuring duties collection and drop-off times are restricted to during daycare hours.
Drop-off in the morning is from 10:30am onwards
Collection in the afternoon is before 3:30pm.

How to pay
Payments are all due by standing order on the 14th of each month. Only standing order payments set up through your own bank are accepted at this time. Non-payment will result in the suspension of services until payment is recommenced.

When does my membership start?
Membership services begin on the 1st of the month (e.g. September 1st) following the first direct debit payment on the 14th of the previous month (e.g. August). Any services required prior to the 1st of the month must be arranged with Barkmoral and paid for individually.
What if I need extra days?
Additional day school can be booked, please let us know when you require these services. Once we have confirmed availability, payment is required at this time to secure your dogs place.
